big sloppy puppy dog kisses
So, I figure I should take a little time to make another post here and fill the maybe 3.5 people who read this thing in on what is going on in my life, even though they all either live with me, or spend every other night living with me and could just ask me. But whatever, next time someone asks me what I've been up to, I'll just tell them to read my fucking blog, and not to talk to me until they have.
Anyway, I spent today witb Elizabeth, first taking her cat to the vet, and then picking up her new puppy from the SPCA in baltimore. Considering how I have never really been a huge fan of pets, especially dogs, this was pretty interesting for me. Actually, Elizabeths cat is cool, if a little crazy, and her new dog is really nice. But it was pretty funny to sit in the back of Elizabeth's car driving through downtown Baltimore with a sloppy black lab completely soaking my face with slobber. I'm really not a fan of dog slobber. Anyway, the dog is fun, and perhaps it will change my mind about pets.
I'm still looking for a job. Last week I got a call from Raytheon, which seemed pretty promising, but its been almost a whole week and I havent heard anytrhing, so I dont know whats up with that. I really am pretty burnt out on applying for jobs though, considering my success rate so far. Its a huge pain in my ass... I should just become a bum. anyway, until then, I am just working on my programming job for a Biology professor. Its a pretty cool project, but my heart just isnt in it(not to mention it hardly pays shit), and I wish I had a real job as well. I really need to start making money so I can get a car.
Finally, Ben is moving out at the end of the month and as much as we would like to keep his room as a shrine to him, we are going to need to find a new roomate, or else have to start paying more rent, which none of us want to do. So, if you or anyone you know need a place to live please let us know. It is $430 a month plus utilities. of course, as I mentioned before, everyone who reads this spends at least half their time in this house, or are dating Ben (judging from the fact that I am linked to from Anna's blog), so you all kinow about this, and I just wasted my time.
